Provided is a continuous process for obtaining a preparation of a macromolecular assembly of one or more macromolecular substances, including at least one substance selected from the group consisting of proteins, carbohydrates, nucleic acids. nucleic acid analogues, and protein-nucleic acid chimera, said process comprising use of magnetic particle complexed with the macromolecular substances. Also provided is a system utilizing the said process.
