<p>The exterior-wall structure comprises two or more kinds of exterior panels 2a to 2c. The two or more kinds of exterior panels have the same outline shape, the same dimensions, and the same surface texture, and, the two or more kinds of exterior panels have respectively a different number, including zero, of grooves 1 on each surface. Each groove runs an entire length of each exterior panel continuously in a longitudinal direction of th e exterior panel.
