The at least one elongate element comprises a plurality of secondary support members (17) adapted to slidingly engage each other in an end to end relationship to form the at least one elongate element. The sliding engagement of one secondary support member to an adjacent secondary support member releasably secures the primary support member relative to the at least one elongate element.
