A flocculator including a guide vane unit and a vortex bar having hydrofoil blades adhered thereto is provided to increase flocculation efficiency by generating a uniform flow and a mixed flow in the flocculator through the operation of an impeller comprising the hydrofoil blades adhered to the vortex bar, thereby increasing the contact frequency of flocs. In a flocculator(a) in which an access passage(d) is installed in a slab on a top side of the flucculator, a speed variable driver(1) is installed in the center of the access passage, and a vertical shaft(2) is vertically connected to a bottom part of the speed variable driver, a flocculator including a guide vane unit and a vortex bar having hydrofoil blades adhered thereto is characterized in that: the location of an impeller(3) is determined at a first row of the flocculator such that length of the vertical shaft becomes 1/3 to 1/2 of a length between a flocculator bottom(b) and the surface of water; the impeller is into a bottom end of the vertical shaft, keys are inserted into key grooves, assembly an impeller fixture(4) with the impeller, and the impeller fixture is fastened and fixed to the impeller by a fixing screw; a guide vane unit(5) is installed on a bottom part of the impeller, and the guide vane unit is fixedly installed on a support(6); hydrofoil blades are adhered to a blade hub to a predetermined angle at equal intervals to form the impeller; and a plurality of guide vanes are installed on an inner part of the guide vane unit at an inlet of the impeller. |
