The method is used in medicine, diagnostics and biotechnologies. By it, in vitro systems can be formed for the investigation of the processes of biomineralization in nature, for the production of coatings of bioceramic layers, e.g. hydroxyapatite on or thopaedic or dentistry implants of different material, having large surface and complex form, as well as for the formation of systems, testing the urine for the formation of stone-forming compounds. By the method, the growth of hydroxyapatite layers is effected by laser radiation of a solid state substrate submerged in over-saturated solution of salts, imitating blood plasma. The laser-substrate interaction is caused outside the medium of growth by a system of pulse laser radiation and a system for a scanning the substrate which is immersed in the solution.
