FIELD: chemistry; nanotechnology. ^ SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to chemical industry and can be used as a magnetic material in electronic devices or in the production of electrochemical devices. The solid solution based on molybdenum oxide with composition MxMoO3, where M is Cr, Co, Ni, and 0.08 ëñ x ëñ 0.15, in form of nanorods, is obtained from dissolving molybdenum metal powder in an aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide, and addition to the obtained solution of a metal chloride (MCln), where the metal is chromium, cobalt or nickel. The molar ratio Mo : MCln= 1 : 0.5. The mixture is further subjected to hydrothermal processing at temperature 150 - 180C for 4-6 days, filtration, washing and drying. ^ EFFECT: obtaining a nanosized solid solution based on molybdenum oxide, with paramagnetic properties. ^ 4 cl, 3 dwg, 3 ex |
