An electric oven with multiple broil heaters and a method for pre-heating the electric oven are provided to increase the usability of use by individually operating a plurality of broil heaters. An electric oven with multiple broil heaters comprises the main body(10) in which the cooking chamber(20) accommodating the food is equipped; the convection heater(120) installed at the rear wall side of cavity; the bake heater installed at the floor side of the cooking chamber; and two or more broil heaters(111,112) which is individually operated while being installed at the ceiling of the cooking chamber.
