The invention relates to machine building, in particular to pressing machines for use in construction materials industry, as well as in briquetting of sawdusts, chips, fodders, manure and also for oil extraction from seeds of oil-containing plants. According to the first embodiment a pressing machine comprises a cylindrical body with a pressing chamber having charging/discharging windows with driven gates and pistons counter-directed to the central axis mounted in guides and connected to the drive via a lever. The lever is designed as a ring co-axially arranged with the body. The pistons and piston guides are further provided with replaceable inserts, vertical chamfers are made at crossing insert edges of the piston guides. The gate of the charging window is additionally provided with a movable insert mounted on spring-loaded centering bolts. Grooves are made on the insert bottom surface along its perimeter for forming chamfers at the upper surface of production being pressed. The gate of the discharging window is designed as a pusher provided with a changeable insert, grooves are made on the insert upper surface along its perimeter for forming chamfers at the bottom surface of production being pressed. |
