FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: gas turbine engine single-row blower reduction gear drive incorporates planetary gears running in hydrodynamic plain bearings fitted in fixed journals. Axial cooling channels are arranged the said journals parallel to the plain bearing working surface to communicate, at the inlet, with the channel feeding oil to the said bearing, and, at the outlet, with jet tubes feeding oil for lubing and cooling the gear teeth and reduction gear rolling bearings. The said cooling channels are made on the bearing working surface along the arc of alpha=90 to 150°. The said channel inner surface feature micro- and macro-relief. ^ EFFECT: higher reliability due to reduced bearing working surface temperature ensured by use of antifriction coat. ^ 4 dwg |
