<p>The invention relates to a vitroceramic composite for the fixation of L-aspartic acid and L-asparagine and to a process for the immobilization of L-aspartic acid and L-asparagine on the above-mentioned composite, in order to prepare affinitive effectors for the isolation of L-asparagine (E.C. 3.1.1.5.) by affinity chromatography. According to the invention, the vitroceramic composition comprises 43.2 ... 49.4% SiO2, 13.2 ... 17.8% MgO, 17.80 ... 32.30% Al2O3, 0 ... 4.40 % CaO, 0 ... 0.20% Wa2O, 0 ... 0.24 % K2O, 2.00 ... 11.00% TiO2, 0 ... 10.28% CeO2. The immobilization of L-aspartic acid and L-asparagine on the vitroceramic composition is achieved by progressive adsorbtion up to saturation of aminoacids on carrier, while stirring at 200 rpm for 30 min.</p> |
