An instrument panel for vehicles is provided to reduce manufacturing cost by making a groove part forming a cutting line of a door part through a milling process. An instrument panel for vehicles comprises a door part(200) equipped in an instrument panel conforming to an airbag; and a cutting line(100) to be cut in case of collision of vehicles, forming boundary of the door part and the instrument panel. The cutting line consists of a deployment part(50) cut firstly in the event of deployment of an airbag; a side wall part(60) cut secondarily in the event of deployment of an airbag; and a hinge part(70) cut thirdly in the event of deployment of an airbag. The deployment part comprises a plurality of first grooves(52) arranged at regular interval; and a first protrusion(54) arranged between the first grooves.
