An air injection system and/or medical treatment multiple suction apparatus is provided, in which an air injection system or a suction apparatus can be selectively used. A medical treatment multiple suction apparatus comprises: a lifting operation unit(10) making a plurality of elevation operation unit(18) ascended and descended by a driving shaft(14) rotated by a motor; and an inhaling/discharging unit(20) inhaling and discharging the pneumatic pressure by the elevation operation unit. On one side of the inhaling/discharging unit, an inlet(30) is formed. On the other side of the inhaling/discharging it, an air injection hole is formed.
