The invention relates to communication engineering and is used for providing services to a user by an information provider. Said invention can be used in a cellular radio communication system. The invention makes it possible to increase the interest of users in information services and to extend functionalities of services delivered by the information provider. The inventive mobile communication system comprises a plurality of mobile communication devices which are connected, by means of the port of a mobile communication operator, to a content provider connected to a billing system, which is linked with a payment system via a protected channel. The billing system consists of a user's payment unit, a user's credit card unit, a user's cash unit and a bonus unit, which interact with a computer having a software which makes it possible, to take account of a credit agreement when a mobile communication device is bought by a user by monthly distributing the money in the user's cash. |
