FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: inventions concern mortar joints, methods of manufacturing and equipment for mortar joint manufacturing, and is intended for brickwork joint obtaining for constructional elements of regular shape for buildings, facilities etc, where near-spherical granules are used as filler, and mineral binding agents are applied. Method of mortar joint manufacturing filler granule homogenisation is performed, linear size of mortar joint is defined, cobic body-centered packing of filler granules in joint is maintained. Equipment and constructional elements feature lugs or indents initiating of cubic body-centered packing of filler granules. ^ EFFECT: filler homogenisation by linear granule size; enhanced homogenisation and constructional basis for water-retentive property of laid mortar mix; enhanced homogenisation, durability and air permeability rate of obtained joint, reduced mortar shrinkage during mortar mix solidification; obtaining configurations of intergranular space of filler defined by construction; enhanced physical corrosion resistance of masonry and brickwork and thermal resistance of walls; favourable conditions for unconstrained removal of migratory water from brickwork material; conditions for initiation of body-centered cubic packing of homogenised filler granules. ^ 17 cl, 26 dwg |
