An OSNR(Optical Signal-to-Noise Ratio) measuring apparatus is provided to accurately measure an optical signal-to-noise ratio by using optical strength and to enable a stable operation without an additional compensating circuit. First and second reflection structures(31,32) reflects an incident light by being arranged with an interval along a first optical path, and a phase variation unit is installed at the first optical path to vary a reflective index. Input light is transferred along the first optical path(40), and a signal separation unit(10) separates the reflected light from the input light and outputs the separated lights. A driving unit(20) controls the variation of reflective index of the phase variation unit, and a processing unit(50) calculates an optical signal-to-noise ratio. |
