FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering and can be used to convert wind kinetic power into mechanical or electrical power. The proposed propeller-turbine consists of windwheels fitted on a horizontal shaft. The first windwheel is rigidly fitted on the said shaft, while the others can turn thereon within the limits set up of limiters arranged on every said windwheel. The last windwheel is attached to the said shaft with the help of rotary spring mechanism. Adjacent windwheels are interconnected by means of a spring. Every windwheel is spring-connected to the shaft. Adjacent windwheels are interconnected by rotary spring mechanisms.
