POLISHING PAD TILE AND MOSAIC POLISHING PAD MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME

摘要

A grinding pad tile and a mosaic grinding pad manufactured by the same are provided to easily adhere the grinding pad tile to the surface plate by using the fastener mechanism and enhancing the planarity of the grinding pad tile. A grinding pad tile(P) comprises the abrasive layer(1) and the fastener mechanism support layer(2) formed in the rear side of abrasive layer. The fastener mechanism support layer is formed in the bottom both sides and has the sill(2a) which is more protruded than the abrasive layer and supports the fastener mechanism(F). The grinding pad tile is connected by the fastener mechanism supported by the sill in the table.
