INCLINATION SURFACE TEST METHOD AND INCLINATION SURFACE TEST APPARATUS FOR TEST WORKPIECE OF ELECTRON PARTS USING THE SAME

A method for testing inclination surface of a test work piece and an apparatus for testing inclination surface by using the method are provided to determine failure of electronic parts by synthesizing color information extracted from a white light. White light is sequentially irradiated onto an inclination surface of a test work at different angles(S100). The white light is reflected from the inclination surface in different directions. Different color components are sequentially extracted from the white light(S200). The extracted color components are synthesized with each other(S300). Failure about the inclination surface of the test work piece is determined(S400).
