The device has porous tangential filtering membranes (1) including rotary type permanent dynamic declogging disks (2) provided with edges that are curved along a profile adapted for mobilization of liquid or aqueous suspension to be filtered. The edges avoid major turbulence in a liquid phase at the periphery of the disks. A supply pump supplies liquid suspension that is subjected to pressure ranging from 2 to 6 bars.
