A complex damper for reducing the vibration of a structure is provided to improve the anti-vibration effect at a low cost by using the combination of an oil damper and an elasto-plastic damper. A complex damper for reducing the vibration of a structure include an oil damper(110) for controlling the seismic loads and wind loads in the small or middle scale, an elasto-plastic damper(120) for absorbing high yield loads and high energy of large scaled earthquake, and a displacement restraining unit(130) for preventing the oil damper from being damaged by excessive displacement. |
