A manufacturing method of a heat exchanger tube is provided to make heat exchange media flow uniformly in a heat exchanger by forming protrusion parts outside tubes for the insertion of the tubes by a uniform depth. A manufacturing method of a heat exchanger tube includes the steps of forming dimples and protrusion parts in the opposite directions on a plate element forming tubes(Sa), cutting the plate element(Sb), and folding the plate elements for finishing the tubes with paths formed inside(Sc).
