The device has a dosing unit for dosing a solid phytosanitary product found in a tank (16) made of synthetic material, and a homogenizer mixer (23) with an injection conduit (17) in which water and dosed product are introduced. The mixer has an outlet provided in a lower part of the tank and connected to a mixture spraying pump (11). A booster pump (3) sucks the water from a transport tank (1) and injects a quantity of the desired water in the injection conduit by a passage (30) and using a control of a control valve (4).
