A sidewall reinforcing rubber composition of run flat tire is provided to improve modulus property and heat generation property by containing glass fiber dipped into a mixture of rubber latex and resin as a reinforcing rubber composition. A sidewall reinforcing rubber composition of run flat tire comprises raw rubber 100.0 parts by weight and glass fiber 5~20 parts by weight dipped into a mixture of rubber latex and resin. The glass fiber dipped into a mixture of rubber latex and resin is obtained by dipping multifilament yarn in a mixture of resorcinol-formaldehyde resin and rubber latex, drying and twisting it. The rubber latex is one or greater selected from the group consisting of vinylpyridine/styrene butadiene rubber(VP/SBR), styrene butadiene rubber(SBR), and natural rubber. |
