MANUFACTURING METHOD OF STRONTIUM CALCIUM OXIDE POWDER AND DEPOSITION MATERIAL THEREOF

Strontium oxide calcium powders are provided to replace a MgO protective layer used as plasma display panel(PDP) protective film to a SrCaO protective film, to improve discharge/luminescence efficiency and to improve performance. Strontium oxide calcium powders are manufactured by dipping SrX compound solution and CaY compound solution into organic polymer at a 0.5~2.0 of molar ratio of Sr and Ca; and heat-treating it. A particle size of the strontium oxide calcium powder is 0.005 ~ 3mum and BET of the strontium oxide calcium powder is 0.5 ~ 50 m^2/g. The X and the Y include one or more compounds of nitrate, sulfate, hydrate, carbonate, acetate, chloride or alkoxide. The organic polymer includes one or more of crystallization cellulose, pulp or starch.
