An electromagnetic wave shielding member for a display apparatus is provided to increase electromagnetic wave shielding efficiency even though an electromagnetic wave shielding layer of a conductive film type is used. A grounding electrode(140) is formed at one edge area of a transparent substrate(120). An electrode layer is formed on the transparent substrate to be connected to the grounding electrode. The electrode layer includes an auxiliary electrode(160) having a meshed or striped pattern. A transparent conductive layer(180) is formed on the electrode layer or between the transparent substrate and the electrode layer. The transparent conductive layer is formed by stacking a metal thin film and a metal oxide thin film several times.
