FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to new macrocyclic compounds with formula (I): (where R3, R6, R7 and R21 can be identical or different from each other, and each of them assume values given in the description), their salts used in pharmacology and their hydrate. Compounds with formula (I) are capable of inhibiting angiogenesis, particularly VEGF production in hypoxic conditions, and can be used as therapeutic means of treating solid malignant tumours.
