<p>The invention relates to an installation for heat exchange between gases and especially solid particles, evolving in suspension, which will enable new technologies for producing cast iron, alpax (and aluminium therefrom), cement (from molten clinker), lime, glass, mineral wool, silica smelts etc. According to the invention, the installation for heat exchange in suspension, in counterstream, between gases and pulverous materials, comprises a pulverous materials fluidizing enclosure, means of introducing a fluid for driving and/or fluidizing pulverous materials, a heat exchanger with means of introducing a gaseous thermal aggregate into the same, means of collecting cooled gases and pulverous material smelt; at the upper side, the installation is provided with a pulverous material feeding hopper (1), which is connected into a lock (3) and a tube (4) of metallic cylinder (6), inside which there is located a fluidized bed (5), the cylinder (6) being laterally connected to a compressor (7) and at the lower side to a vertical tube (12), which penetrates into a metallic assembly (A) introduced into a static cylinder (21), which is surrounded by an annular channel (19), provided with some vertical nozzles (20), uniformly distributed and tangentially oriented to the vertical wall of the static cylinder (21), nozzles wherethrough the heating gaseous medium is introduced and directed towards some turbine-blades (22), being collected, after the heat exchange, into some channels (23) located both at the upper side, and at the lower side of the metallic assembly (A).</p> |
