The device has a case (1) closing an ultrasound spatula (4), and a protection cover (2) connected to an end of the case. The case is closed by a conducting end piece (3) that is connected positively to an internal generator. The cover covers the spatula. The spatula is activated when the cover is removed. The case has a small metallic bar on each side, where the bar is negatively connected to the generator to ensure return of current. The end piece is covered interiorly and exteriorly with paint coat and connected positively to the generator for transmitting the current to the skin.
