FIELD: physics, communication. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to systems of mobile communication. System and method for optimisation of token passing process are described in system of mobile wideband wireless access. Method performs token passing in system of mobile communication that comprises mobile subscriber terminal that services base station, which currently provides service for mobile subscriber terminal, and at least one neighbouring base station adjoining servicing base station. Method includes stages, at which request is received for token passing from mobile subscriber terminal by means of servicing base station; command is given to mobile subscriber terminal to perform token passing by means of service base station in response to request for token passing from mobile subscriber terminal, and process of repeated entry in network is performed by means of mobile subscriber terminal for fast token passing in compliance with information included into command for token passing from service base station. ^ EFFECT: optimisation of token passing process in system of mobile wideband wireless access. ^ 36 cl, 7 dwg, 2 tbl |
