FIELD: chemistry; biochemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to biotechnology, and particularly to genetic engineering. Proposal is given of synthetic oligonucleotide primers, complementary of the high conserved region of the genome of the virus for mucosal disease of cattle of the region of the NS5B gene, and a method of exposing RNA virus of mucosal disease in mucus of cattle. The method can be used in veterinary virology for diagnosing infectious diseases in farm animals, particularly mucosal disease of cattle, as well as differentiation of virus strains to genetic groups (genotypes). ^ EFFECT: obtaining synthetic oligonucleotide primers, complementary of the high conserved region of the genome of the virus for mucosal disease of cattle of the region of the gene, and design of a method of exposing RNA virus of mucosal disease in mucus of cattle. ^ 3 cl, 2 tbl, 5 ex |
