摘要 FIELD: chemistry; biochemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to biotechnology, and particularly to genetic engineering. Proposal is given of synthetic oligonucleotide primers, complementary of the high conserved region of the genome of the virus for mucosal disease of cattle of the region of the NS5B gene, and a method of exposing RNA virus of mucosal disease in mucus of cattle.
