FIELD: mechanics. ^ SUBSTANCE: tool comprises disk, which contains deforming elements arranged in the form of steel spring turns from circular wire rolled into ring, which is installed with tension on disk peripheral surface. Working part of spring turns is made in compliance with threaded groove of processed threaded surface, and fastening part of turns is arranged as rectilinear. There are damping parts between working and fastening parts of turn. Peripheral surface of disk intended for fastening of turns represents ring made of thin steel springy tape installed on rubber bushing in hub and fixed by means of vulcanisation. ^ EFFECT: technological resources of surface plastic deformation process are expanded, parameter of processed surface roughness is increased, its hardness is increased as well as capacity, process prime cost is reduced. ^ 6 dwg, 1 ex, 1 tbl |
