An oil pan of automobile engine is provided to adamantly combine a polyurethane coating part and the oil pan as the polyurethane coating part is formed in the floor side of the oil pan and a fitting ball of fixing nut is inserted to a fitting hole of the oil pan. An oil pan of the automobile engine comprises an oil pan(100) including a plurality of settling portions(110) and a fitting hole(111) which is protruded in the upper side of settling portion, a fixing nut(300) including an upward bent girth(310) and a fitting ball inserted to the fitting hole and a polyurethanes coating part(200) coated on the bottom surface of the oil pan with uniform height. The fixing nut is mounted on the settling portion of the oil pan and the coating part covers the fixing nut.
