The device has an autonomous hand piece in which a flash lamp and mechanical and electronic elements such as high voltage generating circuit (22) and an electronic control circuit (23), are integrated for operation. The hand piece has a tapered case (1) in a shape of a small hair-dryer, and a lighting pipe (2) is mounted in an orientable and detachable manner at an end of the case. The lighting pipe is fastened on a rotation disk (5) by hooks so as to be easily detached from the case. The disk includes two rotation guides situated horizontally and symmetrically with respect to its center.
