<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cuttlefish processed food made easy to eat and sellable in a condition of retaining a cuttlefish shape through forming incisions at prescribed intervals on the right and left of a trunk part. <P>SOLUTION: This cuttlefish processed food is obtained by removing guts of cuttlefish 1 followed by forming in a flat bag-like shape, forming incisions 6 from the right and left sides of the bag-like trunk part of the cuttlefish toward the inside at prescribed intervals, making the edges of the right and left incisions 6 face each other, leaving a prescribed width (15-20 mm) in the center of the trunk part of the cuttlefish, and seasoning and heat treating the cuttlefish after forming the incisions 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
