<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use the Natto (fermented soybean) as an additive of a Natto or to take advantage of the effect as a health food by suppressing, lowering or eliminating the undesirable smell even in the case of producing a Natto by using Bacillus natto inevitably generating undesirable smell. <P>SOLUTION: Turmeric is prepared as an additive to a Natto to suppress, lower or eliminate the undesirable smell characteristic of a Natto food.
