COOLING AND EXHAUSTING SYSTEM OF DOUBLE ELECTRIC OVEN

A cooling and exhaust system of the double electric oven is provided to efficiently eject the cooling gas of the top oven and lower part oven and the exhaust gas by controlling the speed of rotation of the cooling fan the fan velocity controller. A cooling and exhaust system of the double electric oven comprises the front frame(312) including the first air inlet port, the top oven(304) and the second air inlet port prepared between the lower part oven(308); the cover case covering the top and lower part oven; the first cooling fan(344) blowing the cold air flowed in through the first air inlet port and the exhaust gas ejected from the top oven to the exhaust duct; the second cooling fan(374) blowing the cold air flowed in through the second air inlet port and the exhaust gas ejected from the lower part oven to the exhaust duct; the fan velocity controller controlling the speed of rotation of the second cooling fan and the first cooling fan; and the lower part ventilating passage(394) prepared in the lower part of the lower part oven in order to communicate with the exhaust duct and exhaust pipe.
