<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record image processing parameters included in an image file. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing parameter determining section 104a performs image processing of image data acquired by imaging elements 103 and calculates a setting value for designating an image processing level which is referred to when the image data is processed based on the image data, and selects a setting value to be referred to at the time of image processing from the calculated setting value or a predetermined set value.
