<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting and fixing structure having a simple configuration and capable of achieving high efficiency of production, high precision in positioning a connection device, and simplifying separation of parts to be disposed. <P>SOLUTION: The connection device 130 is fixed in a hole 125 formed in a decorative member 120 and a bolt member 170 is engaged with the connection device 130 to connect the decorative member 120 with a bracket 110. A slit having predetermined width and extended along the longitudinal direction is formed in an anchor fixing part 135 of the connection device 130 and the anchor fixing part 135 having a tapered shape formed by reducing its diameter to close the slit is inserted into the hole 125. Then, the bolt member 170 passing through the bracket 110 is engaged with an inside screw 131 of the connection device 130, and the anchor fixing part 135 having reduced diameter is expanded to let a biting claw 138 bite an internal wall surface 125a of the hole so that the connection device 130 is fixed in the hole 125 in the decorative member 120.
