PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion having a simple constitution, easily sunk at a part receiving a load, and easily restored when removing the load; and a cushion component and a manufacturing method of the cushion. SOLUTION: This cushion component includes outer frame parts 6a and 6b disposed substantially parallel to each other at a predetermined interval and formed of a pair of elastic materials, and an interior part 3 incorporated between the outer frame parts, and formed of the elastic material allowing the elastic approach-separation of the outer frame parts 6a and 6b. The interior part 3 has block assembly 10 disposed with a plurality of block pieces 9 formed with slit holes 7 which are enlarged by application of a tensile force in the mutually separating direction of the pair of outer frame parts 6a and 6b, along the expansion/contraction direction via a joining part 17, the block assemblies 10 are disposed along a direction orthogonal in the expansion/contraction direction, and the adjacent block assemblies 10 are not connected along the direction orthogonal to the expansion/contraction direction.
