PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick coupling for the stock of a portable weapon that can be disassembled without requiring a special tool, and to automatically provide the stock with a selected drop and cast in mounting to the weapon. SOLUTION: The quick coupling 1 for the stock 14 of the portable weapon can automatically provide the stock 14 with a specific drop and cast upon its coupling by means of an interchangeable plate 24 that can be easily replaced. The characteristics and the number of plates available are such as to meet the various requirements made by various users. The new quick coupling 1 has considerable advantages in terms of constructive technical simplicity, ease of drop and cast adjustment, quick disassembly and maintenance of the weapon.
