PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external preparation for skins, which gives moisture to the skins, has good spreadability, gives high moisture-retaining effects to the skins, and is excellent in usability and a sense of use. SOLUTION: This external preparation for the skins is characterized by comprising the following components (A) to (D).
