PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge apparatus for scraps in spinning work excellent in discharge properties of scraps, which can surely retain scraps generated by cutting a tube end part with a reduced diameter by spinning work and can surely drop the scraps in a chute. SOLUTION: The discharge apparatus for scraps S in the spinning work includes: a spinning roller 9 for reducing the diameter of the end part of a workpiece W made of a metal tube; a cutter 12 provided near the spinning roller 9 and used for cutting the end part of a diameter reduced part W1 with a reduced diameter; a guide bar 19 for retaining the cut scraps; and a wipe away means 16 for wiping away the scraps S from the guide bar 19, wherein the guide bar 19 has the retaining means 21 radially openable and closable.
