PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a higher cost as unavoidably caused by the separate production of a heating body and a far infrared ray radiator in the radiation of far infrared rays with a cooking device for making food materials taste delicious, as widely known from the idea of baking sweet potatos with heated stones or others. SOLUTION: The production method of the cooking dish or the like with a far infrared heating element inserted which can produce an inexpensive cooking apparatus is based on the discovery in which the temperature range in the baking of a china or a porcelain precisely coincides with the temperature range in the baking of a carbon fiber-made heating body. Material fibers for far infrared thermal generation is made fit favorably and applied on the china or the porcelain during its shaping.
