DIPOLE ANTENNA AND MONOPOLE ANTENNA

A dipole antenna includes a first radiating element (101) extending in one of reference directions from a power supply part (10), a second radiating element (102) extending in the mentioned direction, a third radiating element (103) extending from the power supply part in the other direction and a fourth radiating element (104) extending in the latter direction. Electrical length of the first radiating element is equal to that of the second radiating element, and in addition, electrical length of the third radiating element is equal to that of the fourth radiating element. One or more passive elements excited by the first to fourth radiating elements are further provided. Electrical length of the passive element is different from electrical length of the dipole antenna constituted of the first to fourth radiating elements.
