[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] Sound pressure acquisition means (21-1 to 21-N, 22) integrate respective inputted sound signals by time and make them into logarithms so as to acquire respective sound pressures corresponding to the sound signals. Normalization means (23) normalizes the respective sound pressures acquired by the sound pressure acquisition means (21-1 to 21-N, 22). Linear sum calculation means (24) calculates a linear sum of the respective sound pressures normalized by the normalization means (23) by using a plurality of parameters a(1) to a(N) which are different for respective frequency bands of the sound signals.
