The high frequency transmitting and receiving switch (1) has a mixer (11) and two inputs, where former is applied to the antenna signal (RF) and latter to the mixer signal (OSZ-MIX). A base or intermediate frequency signal (IF) is provided to the output signal. The input has complex input impedance, which is so adjusted that a part of the oscillating signal (OSZ-REF) is reflected to the input and is coupled to the high frequency port by the direction coupler (10).
