A crampon is provided, which enables to perform attachment and detachment of the crampon to/from the foot wear conveniently. A crampon comprises: a crampon main body member(110); a guide shaft(120) controlling the total length of the crampon main body member; a fixing elastic member(130) fixing the guide shaft; and a fixing coupling part(140) fixing the crampon main body member to the footwear. The fixing coupling part comprises: a first fixing coupling part(141) in which a combining hole is penetrated in the tip-end part; a pair of binding bands(142) in which a lot of hanging protrusions are protruded upward in the rear part; and a second coupling connection part(143) which is hinge-combined with the left and right of the rear body part(112). |
