METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE GRAIN-ORIENTED ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEETS WITH EXCELLENT MAGNETIC PROPERTIES

A method for manufacturing a grin-oriented electrical steel sheet is provided to decrease size of a second grain and iron loss. A method for manufacturing a grin-oriented electrical steel sheet comprises the following steps of: reheating a grin-oriented electrical steel sheet at fixed temperature; rolling the slab of the re-heated grain oriented electrical steel sheet; performing or omitting annealing of the hot-rolled steel sheet; and performing a secondary recrystalization annealing. The grin-oriented electrical steel sheet includes Si of 2.0~7.0wt%, acid soluble aluminum of 0.015~0.035wt%, Mn of 0.20wt% and below, Sn of 0.01~0.10wt%, Fe of remnants and etc.
