<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic solution comprising stabilized latanoprost of an active ingredient, by suppressing adsorption of the latanoprost for a long term even when keeping at room temperature because the latanoprost of a prostaglandin glaucoma therapeutic agent is easily adsorbed on resin containers, the adsorption is rather temperature-dependent and refrigerated storage is required to keep for a long term. <P>SOLUTION: The ophthalmic solution capable of suppressing adsorption of effective ingredients on resin containers and having excellent stability capable of being held at room temperature for a long term can be obtained by compounding monostearic acid polyethylene glycol in the ophthalmic solution as an adsorption inhibitor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
