<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultra-low temperature sealing structure that facilitates assembling, disassembling, and reassembling, while allowing removal of nondefective quality components and ensuring high reliability, over a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: An ultra-low temperature container 13 is constituted by jointing a plurality of cylindrical bodies 16, 17 into a freely detachably sealing state via a joint 14. The ultra-low temperature sealing structure S is used for covering the joint 14 of the ultra-low temperature container in a sealing state. Welding flanges 20, 21 are circumferentially protruding to outside the joint 14. Jointing side parts 24, 24 formed at both ends of a cylindrical vacuum cover 23 are welded to the welding flanges 20, 21.
